A lot of the time you will see this one customized with the flaming A, that wasn't started until Koho started making the jerseys and the Black became the full time away jersey. They wore CCM in the mid 90's while some teams were using Starter or Nike, so if you're going for accuracy you'd need to look for that style made by CCM. It's not really that big of a deal, and Starter replicas are of better quality IMO, but if it's something that's going to bother you, look for a CCM-made replica. For players who have two digit numbers (like Briere in this case), the side numbers should overlap onto the orange. dsl135 Posted October 29, 2012 Report Share Posted October 29, 2012 Just a note that on the majority of replicas when the Flyers orange jerseys were first produced, the white stripe wasn't consistent and the numbers often wouldn't overlap. Granted, I'm not sure if this was a problem with authentics, but definitely on replicas, you can't use the stripe as the giveaway as to whether it is fake or not.
