Can easily tell in that photo without enlarging just from the color of it. Maybe different years used different tags. For instance maybe '97 had the old style that you see in every other CCM jersey and maybe in '98 it went to the one in your link. The ones on the eBay jersey started appearing during Nike's final NHL season, 1998-99. It is legit, and it's even the correct year jersey for Clark. It looks like it might be a legit Premier Capitals jersey, that somebody transplanted a name/number set and fight strap from a counterfeit jersey on to. Pictures aren't good enough, but a Premier obviously should not have a fight strap, and the numbers look the same as fakes. It could also be a fake, that somebody put the Reebok Premier tags on at one point since "nobody fakes replicas". But the shoulder pads look like the vinyl premier should pads.
