madflava
Since we are talking about "fashion" jerseys. When was this monstrosity created? Did CCM really make these? I can barely tell what is the front and what is the back. Reivax
My only mistake since I started collecting is accidentally buying a Ducks "fashion" jersey. It only cost me 1.99, or so, on ebay, but I was so ashamed when I won the stupid auction. For whatever reason, I thought it was something else. I just threw the package in the garbage when it arrived, as I couldn't even bear to open it.

It looks like the second jersey with the Kings logo on the back is from the same line as the Bruins jersey. I hope they made a Capitals jersey with a huge cartoon Eagle attacking the Capital Dome. If these jerseys weren't so expensive, I would be tempted to buy them just to see the reaction I would get if I posted them in the arrived thread and wore them to games. To bad they want more than $1-2 for them because that is what I would be willing to pay.

Besides it doesn't ship to Canada LOL. HawksFanInDC
Capitals fans, the uber rare authetic 1997-1998 home authentic CCM jersey (size 54), for when they made the SCF. Version without Capitals on the front and with proper hem tagging only worn for two seasons. This guy needs to be stripped and the Cup Finals patch added, but for $150 a steal. http://www.ebay.com/itm/AUTHENTIC-CCM-jersey-RICK-TABARACCI-31-White-54-3XL-Washington-Capitals-GOALIE-/290755309344?pt=US_Mens_Athleticwear&hash=item43b25def20

You got this goalie and this huge head of a different goalie stalking him. Are they supposed to be Barrasso and Wregget? Looks like the artists really liked goaltenders. Mediumhero
This probably isn't relevant but I figure its better than starting a new thread.. If theres multiple shipping costs for an item does that mean that I can choose the method and cost?
bender
This probably isn't relevant but I figure its better than starting a new thread.. If theres multiple shipping costs for an item does that mean that I can choose the method and cost? Yes, and I think it's true for eBay auctions in general (not just jerseys). There are still a few options I wouldn't do, such as regular post from the States to Canada and v.v. Sometime paying a little extra for it to arrive faster is worth it. You choose the shipping method once you win then you pay for it.

(I don't want it, I just want opinions) I think i know exactly what these are when Classic auctions first started doing auctions a few jewels got scooped up at ridiculous amounts. this is one of them or 2 if you consider the Gretzky jersey he want 3k for http://www.classicauctions.net/Default.aspx?tabid=263&auctionid=23&lotid=421&language=en-CA it was a steal back then 7 years ago but certainly not worth 2700$ today. Those patches are impossible to find and the material is vry tough to get too. The guy is trying to make some cash smart move but i doubt any takes at 2700

ScotiaCygnus
Those patches are impossible to find and the material is vry tough to get too. I ran into a similar problem, I was gonna strip an old CCM Maska Habs jersey and make a Nova Scotia Voyageurs one but the patch stopped me in my tracks. Got a quote from a custom patch site here in the UK to make one and they said it'd be £57 for one (90.43 Canadian dollars). No dice...
sungod661
i would even consider doing that the patch would never be an exact reproduction
ScotiaCygnus
i would even consider doing that the patch would never be an exact reproduction Yeah I was thinking of just doing it myself, they weren't too concerned with detail back then - plus I'd rather keep that amount of money in my own pocket. I'd love to get my hands on a '76-'77 jersey or at least make a custom and make it an Ed Walsh (because he won the Hap Memorial and we share an awesome surname). slimcutta
Something fishy here - The CCM on the rear hem is suspect, and the fight strap looks like a newer Nike version with white buttons. I'm perplexed
