Today you can sign Gretzky's name on a jersey and some stupid authenticator will approve it. If you're not that picky about the differences, technically speaking they were all 'that style' I was referring to the neck/shoulder style with the white around the shoulders not going up around the neck like it does on the majority of the jerseys. For some reason the neck striping on the old Oilers jerseys irritates me. I know I've seen pictures of Gretzky wearing these but don't know what year it was or what company made the jerseys. And I'm definitely "that picky". Always have been. Ok, I'll leave the nine. Maybe I'll find a reasonably priced blank I can have made into a Gretzky. Jersey came with a COA from Field of Dreams. Are they even still around? Haven't seen one in 10-15 years. But then I'm too old to hang around the malls. I have several jerseys framed as well as several I wear. All my gamers are framed. Partly because I can't wear them. I have one that I can wear and might consider wearing it. Sorry to say I have spent more on a frame than I did on the jersey. I'm blaming WHJ for that. I got a great deal on some womens Swedish olympic gamers. No way they're just hanging in the closet. I will post pics sometime. Most of them are already on my computer. It's just a matter of getting them from there to here. I need lots of free time and to be in the right place mentally to deal with it. I have a new one coming from Norway so I may wait and post them all at the same time. You're not really missing much. Mostly replicas I talked my mother into buying me many years ago, some womens Swedish gamers, and a replica Canadian Gretzky that I'm almost sure needs a C it does't have. It's almost shameful compared to what most of you have. But since you asked, I will post them in time. Where would you like me to post them? I know this probably isn't the right place. Prior to that the names and numbers were screen printed and the entire jersey, even retail authentics that fit big, were porthole mesh. I hastily bought one (not from this seller) before doing my due diligence and thankfully was able to get a refund from the seller after asking. He wasn't even in the league yet when that patch was worn. He probably listed and sold it twice because the first buyer didn't want it/found out it was fake.
