mfitz804 Posted February 27, 2015 Report Share Posted February 27, 2015 The 6100 58 is definitely a bit larger than an EDGE 58+, probably the equivalent of one size bigger, a true 3XL. I definitely prefer the older style, others prefer the EDGE. I'm sure you are aware, but MeiGray has 58+ 2.0s (white at least, not sure about blue) for $99 in their clearance section. Measurements in the following thread reveal the 58+ to be 34" long: http://forums.icejerseys.com/index.php?showtopic=3485&page=5 Based on that I would say the difference is negligible, especially since the way the bottom hem is cut on the EDGE, its a little longer in the center of the tail than on the sides. so I would not be surprised to find if the EDGE is 34" to the center of the tail, its less than that by maybe even more than an inch on the sides. Will probably end up stripping one I have already instead. When I was looking actively for 1.0's, going rate was between $80-100 so you're in the range, plus there has to be more interest right now in a Preds because of how good they are.
