New Arrivals v6.0

Just got this puppy in, size 54 authentic Sharks alternate. Few questions: Does the customization look correct, and is it normal for the sleeve stripes to be sublimated?

Just curious as to how you found that jersey. Is there any chance it might be game-issued? There's no brand label in the neck, and it would seem somewhat unlikely that someone would customize it with that particular player, who only played a handful of games with the team.

Love that Flyers setup. Is that a Luke Schenn I see already too? You might be the first person to have that haha.

I like the way they're displayed. Definitely giving me some ideas for ways to display all of mine as well.

Question, the Giroux Germany one... About how long did it take to arrive after they told you it shipped and what service did it come through?

It was shipped on Halloween. I received it this past Saturday. Germany to the US they used DHL and once it reached the US they used the post office. I ordered on 10/10 though.

Yep, that is a Luke Schenn. Big fan of the Schenn brothers as you can obviously see haha.

I actually just got it off ebay. It wasn't advertised as game issued or anything and there's no noticeable wear, although it is predominantly black. The neck just has that one tag, size 54 made in Canada. Rear hem only has an NHL silver/black shield, and back of the neck is tagged Koho.

I only picked it up because it was decently priced and I'd never seen one in an appropriate size, replica or authentic.

Interesting- since Zalesak only played 10 games that year, it's conceivable that he never played in a game where the Sharks used their 3rd jersey, which is why I thought it might have been prepared for him but never used. I guess we'll never know. Nice jersey, btw.

Dan Gilbert owns the Casino in Cleveland? I did not know that. He is buying up all of downtown Detroit also and is doing a nice job to help turn the city around, God knows we could use the help down there.

Yep, Cleveland and the one being built in Cincinnati. His company, Rock Gaming, owns them, and they partner with Caesars to run the gaming part.

Sorry for going so far O.T. Carry on.

I know the lettering is a bit off on this, but I think I'm okay with it. Mostly the middle of the E. Although the numbers seem quite good to me. I'm just more happy the oil seems pretty bang on. Very excited to have this.

Thanks. I really like that Goons jersey, especially the fonts. I'm just not a real fan of those off-colored nameplate style. Looks like it's become more of a trend that a lot of teams will follow just to say "Hey, we a 1970s retro look (for a 5th anniversary)". But the combination of the lettering looks really good on that jersey.

That bourque looks good. Where did you get the kit for it?

I'm normally not either but that retro look is exactly what we were going for with the name of the team and using the Flyers colors. I was trying to get it to look like a nameplate on one of those orange prison outfits. My teams struggling this season so hopefully the new jerseys will give us a little needed boost.

Make sure you customize the Campbell with Luc Robitaille and the Wales with Ray Ferraro :)

Now looking at it twice, that Goons jersey is one of the coolest jerseys of any sport I have ever seen.

Wanted to post this for awhile now, $25 deal so I love it.

Wow, this string of pick-ups is straight fire. Great additions for all of you. That beer league number kit is awesome. And Oliver, I'm actually surprised that your kit is from EPS, they seem to have it just as accurate as Denver Athletic (company for gamers).
