The backstory...I initially thought about sending the jersey to a friend in the US (I would pick up later) but then decided to have it shipped straight to me in Toronto. Despite a few attempts, the seller wouldn't respond to my emails about shipping. I paid him anyway, just so he wouldn't think I was stalling, but just the amount for the jersey hoping he would give the shipping total or let me know how much he wanted for shipping. Instead of discussing with me, he went straight to a refund and told me he wanted to relist it because he didn't want to ship to Canada. By then, I was less than excited about the whole process, and decided to spend my money elsewhere. So I didn't raise a stink and just let it go. My sense is that he wanted another shot at listing because he got less than what he expected...I think my bid was $220 or something like that, so fyi to everyone who's bidding on it. Most people might not care about this, but I would feel a little strange customizing that jersey because ProPlayer never made that model jersey (on-ice), or any other for that matter, for the Caps.
