mharolde Posted May 26, 2011 Report Share Posted May 26, 2011 Yeah, the All-Star ones don't have the embroidered edge on them. It's a thicker border of unstitched material or twill. I checked out a couple of pictures of game worn 2002 all star jerseys for comparison. You are correct about the twill border, I should've known that from the Slovakia patch on my 2002 all star jersey. The dimensions for the military patch are a little off as well. ALTANHL has not been selling items on EBAY since late February, based on his/her EBAY feedback. The seller appears to still be in business as the ID is still registered on EBAY. The patch does looks pretty close to the actual flag patch. One jersey collector, spyboy1, has his Mario Lemieux NHL All Star jerseys posted on Webshots. Here's the one on Jeff's jersey: and the one from Emblemworld: The lighting is different, but the dimples between the maple leaf and the red bars are in the exact same place.
