Did they really remove a star for the captains' C like that though? I don't think I've ever seen that done before. Either way, still awesome. This is an 84-85 card, so it would have fallen within the time frame of the four-star jerseys. Later years had the C a bit smaller and placed either above or below the stars. I've heard thru the grapevine that Langway lives in my neighborhood...spends a lot of time at the community pool (my kids aren't seaworthy yet), occasionally at the coffee shop up the street...but I haven't run into him yet.
