akteon
^think I saw that one on ebay, closed for a good price right? just over $60 before shipping ... not too bad for the condition it's in considering it's 15 years old ...

Curry1fan
Here is today's arrival that I promised all of you on Saturday. This is a Tom Kostopoulos Carolina Hurricanes alternate jersey. SportsK came through for me again. Love those guys! P.S. Not that I don't love Ice Jerseys but it couldn't quite fit into my budget. I hope to get my next new jersey from them. JeffB
That looks really nice. I love the Hurricanes number font and that name really fills up the back of the jersey. Now, get out the seam ripper and get that jock tag off the front, it's blocking your stripes!
JustAnothaVictim
...Now, get out the seam ripper and get that jock tag off the front, it's blocking your stripes! That's not a good idea. Let's not forget what she did to her Penguins Winter Classic jersey.
Curry1fan
That was not a Winter Classic jersey I did that to, Victim. It was a Penguins road white. But either way I'm still highly embarrassed about it. No big deal I've learned my lesson...which is, don't do it again.

akteon
Oh no, what happened? See this post: Put a hole in my jersey! I've stripped half a dozen or more jerseys so far and I can attest that sometimes accidents happen. I just hope I can get the sleeve numbers to cover up the hole I got when stripping a Rangers RBK 6100 recently. Remember kids, don't try to yank the numbers off until you're sure ALL of the threads have been cut and you're just dealing with the adhesive residue. AeroFishOne
I know i made a few when stripping jerseys. The Canes jersey turned out great. I personally like to have blanks but im highly debating making my Canes third a Sutter.
xcdude
I would like to personally thank Brilliant! for his recent sale! Took advantage of it and picked up one of these beauties: Obviously this is not the jersey I bought, but I don't have a digital camera so deal What I love most about it is the double shoulders extend for the whole while part down to the end of the sleeves. The jersey is heavier than I expected, and really is great. 2 down of these (I have the Canucks one as well) I think 6 to go. Brilliant! also did a great job of stripping this jersey. If I recall correctly, this originally was a Holik. You can't tell anymore there was a player on the back.

JeffB
this one was waiting for me when I got home from work last night One of my all time favorite jerseys. That one has quite a number of player choices too. Belfour, Modano, Hull, Nieuwendyk, etc. A number of patches with that style too, depending on the brand and year. Made in Motown
This came yesterday, but was stained down the front (so much for "like new"). Oxyclean and a cold water wash took the stains out.
