akteon
Any Rangers experts, correct me if I'm wrong. You're absolutely correct. Chris Drury joined the Rangers in 2007-08, when they switched to the RBK Edge style. The Rangers haven't had a 3rd jersey since the season before Drury joined the Rangers. Also, as Shenanigans said, Starter made jerseys in the late 90's (96-99) so it's a really old brand, let alone a style Drury never wore. As for the value, for ANY autographed item it's basically worthless without some sort of COA showing the auto is legit. Secondly, it's a replica of a style Drury never wore, a fair amount of fans will probably avoid it. I'd say you'd be lucky to get $30+ on eBay, if you can get anything at all. It's possible he just has two to sell, but he mentions they both have a small stain on the front in the same position. Seems curious.

HawksFan719
I don't think I've seen one of these styles being faked before, even for the Hawks. if this becomes the fakers new thing, it's going to be even worse trying to wade through awful jerseys on ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/AUTH-JEREMEY-ROENICK-BLACKHAWKS-JERSEY-1992-STLY-CUP-/220660143745?pt=U_Hockey_Fan_Shop

Ebay is getting ridiculous. The counterfeiters already have this years winter/heritage classics up before the NHL has them on their site... How do the BURE and LINDROS jerseys look to you guys? One of the main ways I've been told to tell authenticity of a 90s Nucks jersey is the red/yellow strips at the bottom. If they're sewn together, it's a fake. Any other tips on spotting fake 90s Canucks jerseys? Thanks.

Clue me and the rest of us in, what gives this away as a fake? The seller doesn't meet many of the usual criteria, such as having multiple sizes or even multiple styles available.
