They are 1959 throwbacks, the year the Sioux won their first (of seven) National Championships. The jerseys are 100% wool with felt trimmings. They came out great, with one exception...there is a very, very, very slight stain from the heat pressing they had to do...so they are going back to Ebbets to have completely heat pressed so the color is uniform throughout. I thought it was a bit odd, but not much you can do. Here's the evidence (the one pic of the guy holding the jersey is an actual gamer, for comparison's sake): Wow! Good thing I did, because I was told that they didn't receive enough of the Blackhawks edge jerseys, and wouldn't be able to fill my order. When I ordered it (6 weeks ago), I got it in a couple of days before they ran out of my size according to their website. A shame, because I was really looking forward to getting one at the great price...pretty disappointing. They did offer a refund, of course, but I would have rather had the jersey than the money back. I was all set to grab something else until he pointed that one out to me so cheers to him as well. But, I think I have a ways to go yet to catch up to Mr. I-<3-Hodgson up there though.
