SJYS
http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-JERSEY-DEVILS-CCM-...%3A1%7C294%3A50Not exactly a customization laugher, but more a what in the **** did you do to this jersey?!?!?! Someone should buy this and cut the rest of the sleeves off. It could be a muscle showcase jersey. SIGH!
akteon
Someone should buy this and cut the rest of the sleeves off. It could be a muscle showcase jersey. SIGH! Sadly some genius in the NHL marketing department beat you to it on the sleeveless "muscle" jersey ... http://www.hockeyattire.com/ccm540jrysrbos.html I think it's hilarious that it's called the CCM 540 Enforcer jersey, because nothing says enforcer like a lack of sleeves ... So it appears like the Ebay seller is a trendsetter now...or at least gave the NHL an idea. Onto another... http://cgi.ebay.com/FLAWED-Brenden-Morrow-...#092;" Not exactly a laugher, but it could be an easy fix. I\'m tempted to bid, problem is a size 52 (I was able to try one on tonight) is a tad on the small side for me.

I\'m tempted to bid, problem is a size 52 (I was able to try one on tonight) is a tad on the small side for me. That looks like a knockoff jersey to me. The numbers look like the crinkly satin material they use on the Chinese knockoffs, and the pic that shows the underside has the "cardboard" (perhaps not the correct term) backing where the numbers were stitched on that reminds me of the knockoffs. Plus some of the other jerseys (especially the Devils jerseys) the guy is selling look fake as well.

I'm putting myself in the market for an authentic Stars jersey (preferrably non-personalized) and when I saw that I was interested by it. Thanks for the heads up. The fight strap and the "cardboard backing" to the low-grade tackle twill are tip-offs.
ZoomZoom18
I'm gonna forget about that one then. I'd rather spend my money on something nicer and AUTHENTIC, than something claiming to be authentic and just a cheap rip off. I've started to notice a lot of those myself appearing on EBay and those are ones that I can spot.

snake_of_fire
Rangers numbering pattern : Classic. Putting 2 layers of numbers sightly off to look like it : eBay classic.
Brilliant!
HA! I saw that one the other day. Gotta love the 'Knuckles' Nilan choice though. That's awesome!
ZoomZoom18
I too came across the Rangers Nilan recently. I give them credit for originality on the player choice, but a FAIL for the customization. Its the thought that counts, right? Not NHL related, but I found this on the CCSLC boards. Could you imagine being the person who had to sew this onto the jersey?
