spudrock512
I know that the Winnipeg Jets used to have Twill Nameplates on their UltraFil jerseys. I always thought this was kind of weird considering it made them look cheap. Does anyone know if they did this throughout the time of this style of jersey before they moved to Phoenix, or did they switch to an Air-Knit jersey near the end and switch their name plate to match the Air-Knit Material? I find it interesting to see a lot of the customized jerseys actually have this wrong and use an UltraFil nameplates when it shouldn't be this way. Any clarification would greatly help. Thanks! slimcutta
They wore mesh with satin plates 'til '86, Air-Knit with twill plates from '87 to '90 (some early Air-Knit with satin), and ultrafil with twill plates from '90 to '96.
