Eurolanche
Guys, why some jerseys have nameplate and some don't have? What makes the jersey more value - with or without nameplate? Is has more value if all letters of the name are sewn directly on the jersey? I am asking on this, because I would like to bus this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/PATRICK-ROY-size-MEDIUM-Colorado-Avalanche-CCM-550-Hockey-Jersey-bnwt-/361139421613?pt=U_Hockey_Fan_Shop&hash=item54159641ad Patrick Roy with a nameplate. Thanks.
zooeyperry10
$139 seems a bit steep for a replica, even a tagged one...
Eurolanche
Where else I can buy CMM Patrick Roy dark jersey?
zooeyperry10
I personally would try to find a blank jersey, and then send it away to be customised. However, $139 (in your own currency) might be cheaper to pay than the costs of sending away for the customisation.
TMLFAN
Most teams use nameplates on their jerseys but a handful sew the letters directly onto the jersey. Detroit, Los angeles and a few others don't use nameplates. A jersey is not more or less valuable because of the nameplate or lack of nameplate as long as it's correct for the specific team. What he said, with the added general principle that the more accurate, the easier it should be able to sell, and as such, more accurate makes it more "valuable". Brilliant!
I really need to focus more on CMM jerseys. Peebok just isn't cutting it anymore.
