What do I do when a customizer stops responding to my inquiries?

The customizer in question has had my jerseys for 4 months. They told me at the 1 month mark they were almost done and should ship by the week' send, they didn't. I was told they got backed up, very sorry, they will be done soon.

I got the same answer to my inquiries on at least 3 occasions. Now, for the last 3 weeks, the customizer has stopped answering my e-mails.

This is a well known and respected customizer who I am not yet going to name.

I have not yet tried calling them, that's my planned next step. At this point I just want my jerseys back, whether they are done or not.

Anyone have any advice on such a situation?

Just before posting this, I sent an e-mail asking all of my jerseys to be returned. When I checked email again, they responded that all of the jerseys were done and shipping tomorrow. At this point I'll believe it when I see it, but hopefully it's true.
