I have seen that before. It is likely a factory error and the Sens used one batch with a weird collar color combination stop using my word!!!! Probably a case of bad bundling in the cutting room, and then the sewing machine operator just went ahead and attached those parts rather than taking the time to call it to the attention of a supervisor.
