Lemieux came back in 2000-2001, in December. That year the Penguins did not wear Pro Players jerseys. How did a seller then on ebay just sold a GAME WORN jersey for 686$ claiming Lemieux scored a goal in a game wearing it? At best, it may have been some sort of charity game that Mario played in and then given away afterwards. No way it was an official NHL game. I don't think it was the case with ProPlayer game worn jerseys, but with the CCM/KOHO/RBK 6100s the team-issue jerseys that eventually become game issue/worn jerseys aren't tagged the same as retail jerseys. I'm not sure why but that's just the way it was. CCM/KOHO though, like Matt said, never did. It was just the size tag in the collar and that's it.
