Brilliant! Posted September 29, 2020 Report Share Posted September 29, 2020 I have one that I use to finish the edges of nameplates but that's really all I use it for. Sometimes, I'll hem up a pair of new dress pants with it but that's about it. There is a small knife at the front of the foot that trims the material down to size as you move it through the machine. Believe it or not, the seams you're showing in that shot are not done with a serger. I think it's called a hemlock stitch but I'm not sure how those are done.
