Does anyone have a sewing machine that can do serge stitching?

And would anyone want to take on a bit of a project...?

For reference serge stitching is how most pieces of a pro level jersey are sewn together

I have one that I use to finish the edges of nameplates but that's really all I use it for. Sometimes, I'll hem up a pair of new dress pants with it but that's about it. There is a small knife at the front of the foot that trims the material down to size as you move it through the machine. Believe it or not, the seams you're showing in that shot are not done with a serger. I think it's called a hemlock stitch but I'm not sure how those are done.
