lafountain
Let the draft day dealings begin. http://www.sjsharks.com/news/news.asp?story_id=3560 Guess the Leafs decided Raycroft wasn't the answer in net. This helps Toronto quite a bit.
Brilliant!
That's a very good move for the Leafs. Raycroft showed many times last year that he wasn't a clear-cut solid #1 goalie. He had flashes but never strung it all together. Toskala is a very good goalie that will help the Leafs out a lot...especially if they can bolster that blue line. ZoomZoom18
I have always liked Toskala better of the two Sharks goalies. Good move for the Leafs picking him up.
villavelocity
Good move but i believe we will see a 1 and 1A situation in TO Toskola has played behind a VERY good team the last few years and never wrestled the #1 job outright from Nabby. And i dont think too many teams are in the market for a 2mill backup in Raycroft Fergies just trying to fix the mistake he made last year Bell acquisition was solid. ZoomZoom18
I was kinda surprised Bell didn't do too well in San Jose. I thought that'd be a nice addition to the Thornton-Cheechoo line.
