hockeyjerseyssuck
Sorry if this has been answered before. I would assume ultrafil, as well as the material used on Edge 1.0 or 2.0 jerseys (not sure what this would be called) are proprietary blends only available to CCM or Reebok. I'm aware that some people who need these materials will "sacrifice" common authentic jerseys and cut them up. I'm curious if there is any material that is widely available by the yard or foot that is similar to either of the previously mentioned materials. It doesn't have to be exactly the same. Just a substitution with a similar cut and feel. Thanks.
JunkyardAthletic
Ultrafil = doubleknit. Edge 1.0 fabric I found from a supplier and they call it Diamond Knit. The back panel of the jersey is different and the same supplier terms it as Air Mesh. Unfortunately, the minimum purchase is a 50-60 yard roll. Edge 2.0 fabric is a heavyweight Air Knit. Minimum purchase here is 100 yards.
