HawksFanInDC
I am trying to get a white 1997-1998 Capitals Stanley Cup Finals jersey done up. Everything I have seen on ebay has "Capitals" written on the front. The Cup Finals year was the first season they did not have it on the whites. If anybody has an authentic, is the Capitals written on the front individual letter patches, one big patch, or screen printed on? If it is patched has anyone ever tried to remove this? http://www.capsjerseys.com/9697.html http://www.capsjerseys.com/9798.html
Brilliant!
It's an embroidered patch that's sewn on. I wouldn't recommend trying it though because you will almost certainly damage the material underneath. Those old CCM's were heat-pressed pretty hard before stitching. Bobcat1988
Related to this topic, does anyone have any recommendations for a company that customizes 96-97 Caps white jerseys well?
