LAKOTTA
shill bidding? why else would it be up so high for a authentic that anyone could customize? http://cgi.ebay.com/NHL-Tampa-Bay-Lightning-Gretzky-Jersey-CCM-52-Pro-/120714191146?pt=U_Hockey_Fan_Shop&hash=item1c1b20612a

Only things I can figure is one, it's a retail authentic from 1993-1994, and two, the seller has hyped the auction up because it's a "Gretzky" jersey. I'm no hockey historian, so off the top of my head I don't even know if Wayne had a brother who played for TB. Anyone else have some insight? This jersey can't secretly be a gamer, can it? LAKOTTA
Brent did: (Brent Gretzky 13 1 3 4 2 1993-1995 2 C) It's just a pro authentic made up, doubt it's a gamer and still, who'd pay that much for him?
IslesHockey21
Is that really the way the numbers were back then for the bolts (particularly the four)? Looks off. Can't find a picture of the dark and am too young to remember that period as I was 5 years old.

I got $250 for my Hamrlik a few years back, mainly because it was customized properly -
slimcutta
Is that really the way the numbers were back then for the bolts (particularly the four)? Looks off. Your pic is from 94-95. They were different in 92-93-94 - One thing to note, though; the 9s are angled on the white jersey pics (same as the one he sold), but they aren't angled here -

JeffB
Italicized numbers with drop shadows = hockey jersey perfection
