lafountain
Was watching the Sabres/Panthers game tonight and what happened to him was one of the scariest things I have ever seen. For those who don't know what I am talking about. Zednik
Brilliant!
Ugh, I saw the highlights. I was actually watching that game in the 1st period but I decided to go with Columbus and Los Angeles. That was really scary...in Buffalo too which brings back memories of Malarchuk. Here's hoping Zednik is okay.

ZoomZoom18
According to the press conference, the doctors were saying the cut was clean and about 1 to 1 1/2 inches long and about that deep. The carotid artery was attached by a thread. I'm amazed he got up holding his neck and skated straight to the bench. He's stable and is able to talk (per ESPN News). I'll be keeping him in my thoughts and prayers.
lafountain
Slight bump up from a year ago. On the one year anniversary, Zednik scores 2 goals the game tying and the game winning goal for the Panthers.
