Comes with Brewers patch (affixed by spray-adhesive, not sewn down yet) and black Edge nameplate. EPS has done a nameplate for me in the past, so I would "think" that they could customize it properly. Perfect for a Filip Forsberg authentic! Asking $350 shipped in the US, OBO.
