They have access to white Nike Swift Material so if you send the jersey in, they can dye the nameplate material to match the jersey colour. Make sure you specifically ask for what you want (i.e. heat-pressed only letters). Another minor detail in the nameplate is that it isn't stitched onto the jersey with the regular zig-zag stitching but rather a straight stitch.
