Quality of Customization at United Center and Hawk Quarters

I posted the below under Ebay 2.0, but figured I might get some more feedback by making a new topic.

All my Hawks jerseys are done up by Triple Threat or Exclusive Pro. I hear horror stories all over these boards about the garbage customization done through the NHL Shop site. How is the quality of customization when purchasing a authentic jersey at the United Center or HawkQuarters downtown? I have always bought blanks and sent them out to be done up. Anybody know which shop does these jerseys?

I am pretty sure the UC and the Blackhawks Store (Hawksquarters) are done by City Sports Lettering in Oak Forest. This is the shop that the Hawks use for their game jerseys as well. Although when the two store fronts get backed up, I know EPS has done jerseys for them too.
