Saint Louis Blues
Does anyone have any 99 / 00 CCM 6100 Pro Authentic jerseys that they could send some pics of the tagging? I've seen some with the CCM neck tag and some without. Did they all have the tag or did some come without? I'm looking at a jersey that just has the size tag (54) and no Center Ice Authentic tag on the neck, at least not that I have seen. What should I look for to insure that it's really a Pro Authentic and not just a 550 replica? Thanks in advance.

Saint Louis Blues
Look for the silver NHL shield in the hem along with the CCM logo.Authentics: Game Worn: It does have the CCM and silver NHL shield at the bottom right on the back, but it has the made in Canada tag. Supposedly it has double shoulders and elbows, underarm grommets, and fight strap and is listed as a CCM / Maska 6100 Pro Authentic. I'm just concerned that it doesn't have the CCM / Center Ice tag on the neck. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Brilliant!
Hmmm...I don't think I've ever seen an authentic jersey have the size tag sewn ONTO the CCM tag. There's something fishy about that one. For the jerseys made in 1999-2000, your collar is gonna look either like this: or this: (The NHL Player tag won't ALWAYS be there; especially if it's a blank jersey) CCM and Pro Player were the only suppliers for the NHL in that year, so those are the only jerseys with the hem tag and the silver NHL shield. Is that jersey you posted from eBay? If so, pass on it. Look up the seller minor_league_hockey because he usually sells the REAL CCM authentics from that year and his stuff is genuine. I've bought a bunch of them from him.
Saint Louis Blues
Ebay link - CLICK ON ME PLEASE. Thanks Brilliant (and JustAnothaVictim). I havn't bought a Jersey in probably 10+ years so I want to make sure it's what I want. I'm looking for the "same as on the ice" Pro Authentic jerseys of my favorite Blues players, and came accross this one and have been watching it / researching it for a while now. I need some "professional" help sorting it out. Thanks again guys. Came across this one in a search: This is what I was expecting it to look like with the tags and badges:
akteon
Ebay link - CLICK ON ME PLEASE. It looks like there is a whole through the CCM hem tag on the one in the ebay link. I saw another auction that listed a jersey like that and said it was marked that way with a hole punch and discounted when originally purchased because it had a manufacturing flaw. Could that be the case here with the Blues jersey?
Brilliant!
Huh...that's unusual. Usually sniped_it_from_ya sells genuine stuff. That jersey just doesn't look right though. Two hundred is a lot for that jersey too even if it does come with Tony Twist on the back. You want my advice? I'd pass on this one and look for another one. They pop up every now and then. That's pretty funny that you find that picture of the 'ideal' jersey because that one's from my collection! That just goes to show you that they ARE around. I picked that one up about a month and a half ago for about 45 bucks so hang in there!
DaNoobie
I just looked at my orca jerseys, and they're both not on the CCM tag itself. One is sewn underneath the big "CCM The hockey company" tag, right in the middle and not attached to the other tag while the other jersey has it further to the side and visible without flipping up that "CCM The hockey company" tag
