There's a lot of variables to that question.

Authentics, originals from 91-92 or the new Vintage line replicas or authentics?

The original authentics are all scarce as can be for all teams.

The vintage line remade Chicago, Boston and Detroit, so replicas of those can be had quite easily on ebay. I'm not certain if they made Vintage Line authentics actually.

I'd say Montreal is the hardest of the original replicas, followed closely by New York and then Toronto.
