So basically, Crosby is high maintenance. I can see that.

Crosby better have paid for those flights the guy took just to tailor his jersey.

It also makes me question the lengths some of us in this hobby go to get everything exact to what the players wore on the ice.  After all, no one's (presumably) disassembling and resewing a Crosby jersey to get it perfect.

Of course, fonts and sizes are much different than the fit of a jersey (which may not be as visible/easily noticed).

Do you think they would? Could you send them a Pens jersey and tell them to Crosby the hell out of it?

Not gonna lie, I have actually thought about having CSL tailor my size 56 winter classic Kane jersey to his specs (shortened body and tightened sleeves)

Someone posted this on FB:

Central Crests in Vancouver is shutting down, however, Andy Young, who was the owner/operator of Central Crests is moving his equipment and business over to “Ink Pad” graphic design and custom embroidery and will continue to do all of the official Canucks team issued apparel.

I could be wrong but they rebranded to Hockey Authentic. It seems the address is the same.

Edit: I was incorrect.

Pacific Coast Cresting is now Hockey Authentic?

Pacific Coast Cresting is still PCC, and Hockey Authentic is a separate business where the sell the jerseys.

Has anyone contacted PCC recently? Last contact I had with them (last month), they were not going to be ordering anymore Adidas on-ice material.

He doesn’t do a lot of customizing of MiC jerseys, 99% of what he does is Indo. He gets the MiC material from me....

What are the chances that City Sports has yellow Adidas nameplates? I picked up a cheap Adidas Blackhawks yellow practice jersey and I'd like to get it done up properly even though yellow practice jerseys have never been used on-ice.

They haven’t? Isn’t that the traditional “no contact” color? They don’t follow that?

Hawks use White as their no contact color.  They practice in Red and Black jerseys.

Yeah, I'm wondering the same. They also have navy blue practice jerseys as well.

Someone suggested that I send it to EPS instead since they'll probably have the nameplate material in the proper color and they can do the Hawks' kits accurately anyway since they do the IceHogs' jerseys.

Probably a good idea. It’s been very rare that I have found a material EPS doesn’t have nameplates for.

So you put two and two together between forum names and Facebook names, that was me :)

EPS did the lettering for the Blackhawks' Pride Night warmups tonight. I asked them on Facebook if they're going to be doing the Blackhawks' lettering going forward.

Interesting. I know EPS does the Hogs, but I wonder why the change? I've been loving CSL's 2-3 day turnaround vs 3-4 months for EPS!

There are times, and I don’t know if this is one of them, where EPS will do a team’s event jerseys even if they don’t do the team’s regular jerseys. Josh once told me a reason why that happens and it escapes me now.

Some, but not all. Same goes for the Kane 1k warm ups. Doesn’t make any sense
