Mighty Ducks with shoulder patches

So my understanding is that the Mighty Ducks didn't add shoulder patches until 96/97 when the league switched to Nike (according the NHL Uniforms). However I just purchased a white CCM ultrafil (still on the way here) with the patches, and saw another seller with the away version. They never used these did they not? Is it just a influx of people adding patches to the older jersey? Hopefully if they where added afterwards they will be easy enough to remove

you are correct sir, lots of idiots out there apparently enjoy sewing patches on unnecessarily. I've removed them off two jerseys myself. they both cleaned up nicely with some acetone.

Highly possible that stores moved extra dead stock jerseys that normally are clearance items by adding the patches themselves before selling aswell. Unfortunately accuracy doesnt mean alot to some retailers. This also happened with the more common stanley cup patch being added to old stock in certain years for many teams. Hopefully they come off without issue!
