CJ Matthews
Just saw this pop up on my twitter feed. Might have to pick it up. http://www.uni-watch.com/2012/10/05/uni-watch-book-club-the-hockey-hall-of-fame-book-of-jerseys/
AngeloS76
With all the big color photos in there, it seems like it'll be decently pricy. Also, with all the history in the closets of many game-worn collectors, that book could be 3x the size. Quick edit: I lied, $23+S&H could be worse. AeroFishOne
I would kill for a NHL version of A style guide like Bill Hendersons MLB guide. The absolute must have for MLB collectors.
JeffB
If no one in my family thinks to get this for me for Christmas, I'm resigning from my family and finding a new one since this is the no-brainer of all history.
Reivax
Went to Chapters today to check it out. They are $23 online and $35 in store. They don't price match themselves, so my cheap ash put it back. Looked through it and it seemed like a good little read. I'll buy one when it's on their cheap clearance table. mharolde
I have this book and as a jersey collector it is definitely worth my 25 dollars. There are some great jerseys from all eras and leagues. My favorite and only Kings jersey in the book is the Bob Pulford gold durene with the captains C. The book is by no means all inclusive, but has a nice assortment of jerseys to look at.
AeroFishOne
I know it's blasphemy but I am not a fan of pre 1985 era jerseys in any sport for the most part. Is this book for me then if I like newer stuff?
Krendelev
I've found another great source of NHL jersey pictures to be the NHL Reflections books. They've been doing them for about 5 years now and they are full of great pictures. They help the Hockey Fights Cancer cause also. http://shop.nhl.com/...ductId=11947421 You can pre-order this years from Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Reflections-2012-Hockey-Year-Photographs/dp/1771000414/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1349663904&sr=1-2&keywords=nhl+reflections
