11neudles
Hey everyone, I know I don't post here often but I have a question. I am planning on buying a Penguins Home Edge jersey to wear. The only "edge" I have iswhat I got tricked into a fake when I was jsut egtting into jerseys. At 5'6" and 145lbs what size jersey should I get to wear. I'm only 14 and going to keep growing but I also like to wear a hoodie under my jersey to keep me warmer. I'm guessing maybe a size 50. All help appreciated, Devon
DropkickMurphy8
14 and you have $400 to spend on an Edge jersey.....I'm 10 years older than you and I can't even afford an Edge jersey, nor would I ever spend that kind of money on a hockey sweater especially if I was going to outgrow it in the next year. Anyway, since you're gonna wear a hoodie under it, you'd probably need a large, size 50. Best thing to do would be to go to a team store and try one on because they're tapered unlike the premiere jerseys which just go straight down. The chest can be a little tight on the Edge jerseys. akteon
My advice on sizing is that someone can't tell you what will fit just based on your height and weight. Take something that you own that fits the way you like, and measure it. Then compare it to a sizing chart for the jerseys you're looking to buy (or ask the eBay seller for measurements if it's an older style).
