mac1124
Hi, I remember seeing someone post a Game-Worn Stamkos jersey with a twill name bar , which was linked to someone's game worn site. I have tried to search for it, but haven't been able to find it. If you know of the site or the link to the jersey, please post. Thanks in advance to who post. Mac. tomtucker
is this it? the plate looks strange: . My link
Brilliant!
It doesn't look like twill but rather like an old air-knit nameplate. It's a little faded but the edges definitely tell that it's air-knit. Twill plates don't have the serged edge like that one does. That'd be my guess. Yeah, I think it's air-knit as well which would match the 2.0 air-knit material on the jersey. I noticed two different cuts with the edge jerseys. Some teams have the the back material running all the way up to the neck while others have the the back split right above the numbers so the arm material runs all the way across the back. For example the lightning and pens have the same arm material running across the whole top part of the back while the maple leafs and caps have the back material running all the way up to the neck. Therefore the maple leafs, caps, etc. will use the edge material for nameplates while the lightning, pens, etc will use whatever the arms and front are made of depending if the jersey is 1.0 or 2.0 for the nameplates.
