JeffB Posted August 9, 2010 Report Share Posted August 9, 2010 I'd say so. The wide, white border is good and being in the 4" neighborhood is right. The flag should have this enormous white border around it. If you've got that, I'd bet the house that it's the one made for the all-star jerseys, since I can't imagine anyone adding such an absurd border to an ordinary flag patch.
