JohnnyOnTheSpot
I had an authentic Mighty Ducks alternate customized that's a bit off. I'm considering sending it to EPS to strip/re-do, but how successfully can that silky Nike material be messed with? Would it show damage? Thanks guys. JimmyGagner
If you're talking about the shiny sleeve fabric, that's called "dazzle", it's used alot on b-ball shorts. It's prone to snags so I'm not sure how successful, they or even you would be stripping it without showing wear. Hopefully someone on here has done it and had no issues. JohnnyOnTheSpot
Yea that stuff haha. I know it's prone to snags, I'm just having a hell of a time getting proper customization on a 1997 Mighty Ducks alternate. I'm considering EPS next, but I don't feel like tracking down another on eBay.
akteon
I have home and away Nike '98 USA jerseys that I need to get stripped so I'm hoping I can get EPS to take care of the stripping. I have no fear stripping airknit, but I'm not gonna try dazzle.

Brilliant!
You know who's good at stripping jerseys? Me. Send it on over and I'll see what I can do with it.

JimmyGagner
delete post, I just saw your other thread.
HockeyMusic
I've done it on a 98 Nagano Olympics Team Canada without any issues. The sewing imprint seems to be more noticable on the dazzle than on regular air-knit or ultarfil. But that was nothing a little extra ironing couldn't handle The key is go VERY SLOW. As mentioned in other posts, it snags VERY easily.
