jeffreyd
Hi, I have a couple of rbk premier jerseys and I don't like the size patch in the lower left hand corner. Is there any way to remove this without leaving behind a mark? Thanks. Also does anyone know where to get NHL Lettering from? Thanks again. mac1124
Hi. You best bet is to use a seam-ripper (you can get that anywhere) and rip the thread as you see them. You should work from the inside of the jersey. The most important part is to work really slow and have patience. Also make sure you have ripped all the threads before removing the patch. Good luck. akteon
You should work from the inside of the jersey In my experience you ALWAYS work on the outside of the jersey. Cut the threads on top of the item you are removing that way there is always something between the stitch ripper and the jersey itself. If something is going to get damaged, you want it to be the thing you are removing (twill numbers/letters, jock tag, etc.) not the jersey beneath. Agreed, you definitely want to go from the outside of the jersey. I removed three jock tags a couple days ago. I made all the cuts from the outside and it came off very easily. Then I put an iron on it for a couple seconds to remove the line from the stitching and that was it. You can't tell it was ever there. St. Patrick
Thats exactly what I did. On top of the jersey with a seam ripper. I have removed 3 of them with no problems at all. It only take about 10 minutes.
mac1124
I guess either way works.
mmajeski06
I asked this in another thread, but if I were to order a premier jersey from ice jerseys, could I request with the customization that they also remove the jock tag? Do you think they would be willing?

Do you think they would be willing? Your best bet would be to send them a message asking if they can do that for you. Just go to the contact us link at the top of the page on the store site and send your message.
