vikes99ej
How do you guys deal with this? I'm talking on the numbers and the crest. It bothers the heck out of me.

vikes99ej
I don't have a camera, but the stitching on the numbers it sticks out just a few maybe millimeters. I'm not sure if this where the string that was used ended and was tied up or what.

PenguinsChronicles.com
Depending on whether or not it will affect the integrity and strength of the stitching, I would cut it off. I usually cut off the excess stitching when I'm customizing my own jerseys, but I've seen NHL teams leave a 2-3" trail of thread in some places.
