Goes into the Hockey East tournament as the #1 seed playing against 8 seed Vermont. UNH takes the 1st game 7-4 and just needs to win 1 more to advance to the semis. Vermont wins the next 2 games 1-0 including game 3 tonight in OT. UVM is in the Hockey East Semis. Last years one of the Frozen Four, heading to Boston and their pairwise gives them a good shot at making the NCAA's even if they don't win the Hockey East. Great weekend to be a fan of Vermont with the hockey team pulling the upset to advance and the basketball team winning their conference to advance to the basketball tournament as well. Too bad I couldn't make the WCHA Final Five this year because it would have been nice to watch that tournament this year without getting harassed by some dumbass Gopher fans.
