Sizing

A few months ago, I ordered a Malkin jersey from ice jerseys.

I ordered a couple penguins jerseys from nhl.com just for sizing, and decided a small was the right size.

However, I had already placed my order with ice jerseys for a size medium. I asked them to change it to a small, but when it arrived, the tags said medium (jock tag and inside the neck).

The jersey fit, so I didn't exchange it. The weird thing is that the ice jerseys medium fits a lot smaller than the medium from the nhl.com store.

Also, when I measured my Malkin jersey, it had the measurements of a size small.

I talked to customer service because I want to order another jersey (and have it customized, so no returns/exchanges), and they told me that the jersey might actually be a small and just tagged incorrectly.

Has anyone else had anything like this happen? I don't want to order the wrong size.

Are all these jerseys the new Reebok premier replicas?

Can't say I've heard of them being mis-tagged like that before, but it seems a plausible explanation. Asked about the type because obviously the new style cut is form fitting, compared to the old style.

Yeah.. it's kind of surprising to me that they may have mis-tagged it. Thanks for the reply.
