Could be the way the jersey is laying, I dont see why they wouldn't be the same thing. Looking at other gamers it does look like they are the same size though. During all this time I think you could have just found a picture of the gameworn patch and compared them yourself. I found these after about 15 seconds of searching: It's pretty easy to see that the Patch Collection version is a single layer of black twill with a white embroidered edge, while the original patch is black twill stacked on top of another piece of white twill, so the PC version you linked is obviously a reproduction.
