Hawks 21
could any of you guys tell me all of the things that are wrong with this jersey, specifically, just for future reference. Thanks to all of you once again.
NYIJM29
Its probably good. They were clearanced for $
DropkickMurphy8
Not sure if this is supposed to go in the International section or not but I figured this would be the appropriate thread. This seems really cheap for a replica compared to other prices i've seen. So I ask is it good or not? http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Mens-Team-Russia-Nike-Swift-Hockey-Replica-IIHF-Red-Jersey-sz-XXL-125-/320812420683?pt=U_Hockey_Fan_Shop&hash=item4ab1e90e4b#ht_500wt_665 Nothing wrong with it. I got my Sweden blank for 20 bucks locally earlier this year.

DropkickMurphy8
The Reebok vector is embroidered into the jersey, which is only found on pre-2011/2012 premier replicas. On real EDGE jerseys, the vector would be a sewn-on patch. The numbers are also vinyl (hard plastic) when real jerseys use tackle twill, which is soft, doesn't bubble and isn't shiny. Also, the fight straps on real jerseys are sewn to a piece of twill which is clearly visible from the back of the jersey. Blackhawks crests are also chain stitched twill, not plastic like the crap in the listing. The crest should look like the one pictured in this listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/TOEWS-AUTHENTIC-REEBOK-EDGE-7187-BLACKHAWKS-AWAY-WHITE-JERSEY-/110798716720?pt=U_Hockey_Fan_Shop&hash=item19cc1e3f30#ht_560wt_1396 Blackhawks crests have always been done this way. If you take the time to actually read through this thread, and look through the "Is it good or not" thread, you'll easily be able to spot a fake jersey. 99% of them are obvious. DropkickMurphy8
Also I know someone else posted on this jersey but i'd like your opinion, http://www.ebay.com/...8#ht_6006wt_795 Someone posted that asking the same question, as was told that it was a legit replica. Why would you need to ask about the same thing? The answer isn't going to change no matter how many times you ask it. The first jersey you posted is still going to be fake, and the second jersey is still going to be an overpriced replica.
TheBigPavelski
I'm trying to get a Jumbo jersey before I go to another game this coming January. Found this listing and thought it looked pretty good. I asked for some additional photos of the jock tag ect. and the seller responded with a "will do" but has yet to post them. I didn't want to let this one pass me by because of some unnecessary uncertainty. So I ask, is it good or not? http://www.ebay.com/itm/120836046102?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_500wt_1287

TheBigPavelski
Yep, you're good to go with that one. It's a legit replica That's good to hear! I was going to buy another jersey I asked about in the ebay thread but my computer decided it wanted to die right before I got the chance to bid. By the time it booted up again the listing had ended Thanks for the timely response! Edited December 31, 2011 by TheBigPavelski

They're not faked, there's no money in that. EDGE jerseys are what you have to worry about, and they're sized using numbers. If a Reebok jersey has a jock tag, it's a replica. If the neck tag uses alpha sizing it's a replica. No need to worry about them, I used to be the same way when I first joined. Don't hesitate on a replica. The only thing about replicas is that in most cases, the lettering and numbers are heat sealed vinyl as opposed to stitched twill. That Lundqvist jersey is nice. Where is the best place to get the Nike IIHF jerseys customized? Thanks. Honestly, you really have two options as far as well known professional places. EPS (don't use them) or Jersey Express in Buffalo NY. Now, that said, I didn't use either of them for my Sweden. I got the nameplate blank from Jersey Express, and the custom job was done by Brilliant! (Mike). I have a Nike USA with him now (I think. Maybe I should send up smoke signals lol) that he's turning into a Callahan for me (or that he cut up into nameplates and sold ). Same deal with the nameplate, got it blank from Jersey Express and sent it to Mike. He does good work, and is usually quicker than this (he's had my jerseys for about two months) from my own experience and what I've seen as far as turnaround time with other people on here who send him their jerseys. Aside from my Sweden, he did my Graves Liberty at the same time and I'm happy with both of them. I think right now those are my two favorite jerseys. I've never used Jersey Express since the Sweden and the Graves are the only two blanks I've gotten back at this point. The only thing I'd warn about as far as getting IIHF jerseys done is that with the current Nike Swift jerseys, you're not going to find the exact swift nameplates. The only place that could get you anything close to it is EPS, but even that won't be exact. I have an air-knit nameplate on my Sweden, and the nameplate going on my Callahan is also air-knit. It won't be totally accurate, but rather than deal with EPS I chose to get the nameplate from JE.

Not sure about the customization though, nameplate looks like twill. I don't know how the B's WC jerseys are supposed to be, I'm sure somebody else can help with that though. lecq
Hey Guys, This is a CCM Jersey I found online. Just wanted to know if it's legit. The title says Authentic Detroit Red wings Jersey. I don't know much, but I do know the distinct differences between reebok edge's and premiers. Can anyone tell me if this Jersey is the equivalent of? Would it be like the reebok replica's or the edge's? THanks Guys

As cowboys said, read through the forum and most of your questions will be answered. Authentic jerseys use numbered sizes (50, 52, 54 etc) and do not have the manufacturer's logo on the sleeve. They also have fight straps, and CCM authentics have blue boarders on the neck tag instead of grey. The jersey is real, but it's a replica. So be nice about helping people. jesus christ You said yesterday that you're 17 and that your brother was using your account. Then you said your brother is in the hospital with cancer. Now you're insulting our hobby AND our intelligence by trying to say you're busy saving lives in a hospital? Unless your name is Doogie Howser, you're not saving anything. People here are trying to help you, but you're an unappreciative troll and obviously a habitual liar who's getting on people's nerves. I wish I was an admin.
