Anyone know or can tell if these Canada jerseys are legit ?

I know they are replicas and not authentics but we get a lot of knockoffs in Vancouver.

Thanks

Not a jersey, but I am looking to purchase a few pucks and was wondering if anyone had heard anything about this site: http://www.collectible-supplies.com/

their ebay account is located at: http://myworld.ebay.com/collectiblesupplies/?_trksid=p4340.l2559

Seems to be pretty legit, but wanted to see if any of you had personal experience.

Thanks!

Looks legit but save your cash. Don't bother.

You can find a 2010 Olympic style for that price or a authentics for a few bucks more.

What exactly are you concerned about? It doesn't look like he's selling anything that's autographed, he's just selling things that could be used for autographs. Helmets, pucks, display cases etc. He has 100% positive feedback and LOTS of transactions, I think you're safe.

What do you guys think ?

Canucks jersey

Good jersey, probably could find it a bit cheaper as those went on sale for $99 last year

Hi, I did some research on how to differentiate between a real and fake jersey, and everything seemed to check out on the Canucks jersey I just bought until I compared it to one I have at home. I had bought this from a shop of a smaller, two-store franchise. Also, the orca patch of my new jersey at the front is noticeably more flimsy than the one I already own. Also, my new jersey is an authentic EDGE jersey, and my older one is a premier jersey. Also, there are a couple of things that bother me with the jersey, but I'll get your guys' opinions first before mentioning them. Here is the link to the pictures:

Also, I would like to check the legitimacy of this premier Canucks jersey as well.

Skip2MyPou, the Premier jersey you have posted is legitimate. As for the EDGe, I am unable to see your pictures, as the link you posted doesn't work.

Your Kesler looks like the standard retail EDGe 1.0 (7187), so it is good to go. What do you mean by the Orca crest being more flimsy on the EDGe?

It is not as resistant to bending vertically in comparison to the premier jersey that I have. Some of the orca detailing is different as well, mainly the detail on the fin being my straight on the edge, and the outline for the teeth is a bit more bold. Also, how is the spacing between the bottom of the numbers on the back and the orca to the seam where the stripes start closer to the bottom of the jersey?

I believe the crests are slightly different because the EDGe 1.0 were suppose to exactly like the on-ice jerseys, (before the players started wearing 2.0, a completely different story), so the crests would have much more detail (the bolded teeth, the crest actually sewn onto the jersey), in comparison to a Premier, with the crest glued on to the jersey and the crest without sharper detail.

As for the spacing, if you look at the neck lines, the EDGe features a sharper "v" shape compared to the Premier, making the "VANCOUVER" and Orca crest slightly lower, while the Premier's neck is more rounded, making the "VANCOUVER" and Orca crest slightly higher.

Since I mentioned that the detailing on the fin is more curved, and the teeth have a finer stitch pattern on the premier, this is really making me doubt the legitimacy of my jersey. Would someone be able to provide a picture of another size 46 jersey? From what I see, all edge jerseys have at least twice amount of spacing between the bottom of the orca and the seam where the stripes start, in comparison to mine.

I'm sure your jersey is completely legit. If there is not a lot of room between the crest and the lower seam, it's simply because a size 46 Edge is a VERY small jersey. It's 2 sizes smaller than the next larger size (50) and there is much less area on the front of the jersey. I wear the smallest sizes available in most jerseys (CCM 44's, Starter 46's, Nike 44's, etc.) and I can't even fit in an Edge 46. So if the front seems crowded, I don't think it has anything to do with its being legit or not, it's just a size issue.
