I know the numbers are zig-zag stitched, but i've seen nameplates sewn using chain stitching (straight line) Can anyone comfirm, maybe from an 80s gamer what the correct stitching style should be? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Brilliant! Posted November 25, 2009 Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 I had a gamer from that era and I remember that it was straight stitched on. I don't think there was really a method to it though because I've seen the same team use different methods on their jerseys on a few occasions.
